Five Stars doesn’t come close in summing up our experience with Richard and his brilliant Team having to arrange the untimely funeral of our son. From the first meeting Richard’s care, compassion, love and professionalism was absolutely outstanding, which made our heartbreaking experience all that more bearable. We couldn’t have chosen the care of our son in better hands than Richard and Tracey. The attention to detail and warmth was second to none throughout and the final day was breathtaking which allowed us to smile through the tears with love.
