★☆☆☆☆ The funeral service was great and they really gave my amazing Nanna a great send off, however the service we have received after this has been absolutely disgraceful. Firstly, the Ash Casket they gave us for my lovely Nanna had a nail sticking out the front of it and holes in the bottom where the screws had been put in the wrong place.
They rectified this, but the new box had the incorrect date that my Nanna passed away and also an incorrectly spelled NAME.
