Excellent service from the team, particular mention to Richard and Sam. The whole process was extremely professional and caring, making a difficult time as easy as possible. The Humanist minister Susan Ramsey, gave a wonderful service, with exactly the right balance to celebrate Mam's life. It captured perfectly her love of life and sense of fun. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing. After experiencing a first class service when my mother died, unfortunately Johnsons/ Duckworths/ Dignity (or whatever they're called today) performed very poorly when we tried to engage their services this time. Every time I telephoned I was transferred to a different office and a different person answered with a different company name. We weren't offered a home visit; I was promised a call back which I'm still waiting for; I was promised an email which never arrived. Finally, a week later I received a bundle of paperwork with my father's name spelled incorrectly, no cont

Disgraceful service by imeary Street parlor!! They cut out immediate family to facilitate another sibling!! Allowed funeral plan to be changed from what the person wanted!! I will never use peter johnsons again!! Legal advice is being sought against peter johnsons
