From the moment I rang Harrisons I received nothing but the very best help and advice. Kelly was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble to her. She explained everything perfectly to me. Then Julia, the celebrant came to see us and she was exceptional as well. We ended up with a wonderful story of Richards life. She made some lovely leaflets for all the people at the crematorium. Everything was lovely at the service and the music we chose was perfect.
I have been contacted to say that Richards ashes are at Harrisons and I will be collecting them one day next week.

Losing someone you love is a very traumatic experience and I cannot praise W S Harrison enough for the caring professionalism that they showed myself and my family from the initial encounter to the final farewell.
Nothing was a problem to anyone from the staff at the chapel of rest to Robert himself who organised the whole day. It was the saddest day of my life but John could not have had a better send off and I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart

I used Harrison’s for my fathers funeral in January and I can’t speak highly enough about the service i and my family received. The funeral director Jerry Young was top notch and handled everything with true dignity and professionalism, he is a fantastic employee of the company.
