After Richard arranged my father's funeral eight years ago we had no hesitation in contacting him when my mother died. Richard is very professional but also very kind and compassionate. Very disappointed that a professional Funeral Director withheld payment for the Church, Minister and Stewards for a funeral he’d arranged. When payments were made (some a year later after three complaints to the SAIF ombudsman) one of the cheques bounced. I would NOT recommend Richard Bird Funeral Services.
