The staff were very kind, but professional. Everything was explained and I had ample opportunity to ask questions. The staff have kept in touch throughout the whole process. Although the death of my son was sudden and unexpected, I was able to arrange his cremation in a calm and caring atmosphere. I highly recommend this funeral service.
