The treat you with kindness and patience,take all of your wishes on board and give you the exact funeral you want for your loved one. Nothing is a bother.
They even got out and did a slow march all the way up my Dads street and paid respect to his old house,which was so personal and special.
The quality of the order of service booklet was very high and beautiful. Access to our Dad the night before the funeral so that some of the family could say goodbye meant a lot too.
