On Monday 9th March 2026 my beautiful daughter Emma fell asleep. She went into the care of Blyth Family Funerals, they looked after her as if she was part of their own family, with care, love, respect and dignity. They helped our family plan her funeral step by step as they didn’t just look after Emma’s needs but looked after our family’s needs as well with patience and compassion.

I felt a huge relief when my dad was finely in Stephens care, nothing was too much trouble and no question was too stupid he was open and honest from start to finish! The ceremony in his private chapel was just perfect so personal and relaxed. The celebrant dale cox was absolutely amazing! Honestly can't thank them all enough, you would think we had paid thousands and thousands for the level of service we received but in fact this was a budget to suit any family! Highly recommend xxx

It’s only the day after my brother’s funeral, but I had to come here and thank Stephen and his family for the most beautiful funeral presented by Stephen, his wife and daughter Kylie. From our very first meeting with Kylie, to discuss our hopes and plans, then Stephen listening with such care as we presented Glenn’s full life as a dad, a grandad, a brother an uncle, a son, a best friend then delivered beautifully with such warmth and humour by all who attended at Whitley Bay. Stephen even introduced little ideas very personal to Glenn which we loved.
