We recently used go as you please Cramlington after my mam passed away last month. From the start they have been absolutely amazing! I fully get that it’s a funeral directors job to “act like they care” but with these guys I felt it really was the case. They couldn’t have done enough for us and bent over backwards to ensure I got the time I needed with my mam before her cremation and I even got her ashes back a few hours after to ensure I could take them back down south with me. After my mum passed away in Malta, go as you please dealt with my mum's death for us. We live 180 miles away from go as you please, and doing it long distance and over the phone felt quite traumatic but with the help of Malissa we felt listened to and heard. Bless her she even arranged for me to collect my mums ashes from cramlington store on her day off. What an absolute credit she is to this company. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate person to help us in the most difficult time.
