Harrison’s have always been my family’s choice of funeral directors for decades, so obviously they were my choice when my son died. In the last month I have used Harrisons Salters Road to arrange my wife's funeral. She had a prepaid plan in place with them that was very easy to trigger. They were sympathetic and very well organised with lots of good advice. We mainly dealt with Josie, who was excellent and knows what she is talking about, so listen to her. We arranged flowers and order of services through them both of which were beautiful. In conclusion excellent service around.

We can't praise Harrison's enough. Jerry from the Gosforth branch was an absolute godsend and took away all the stress of organising a funeral. From day one he arranged everything down to the last detail, kept us informed and always returned our phone calls. He also phoned regularly just to check how we were coping. He was genuinely interested in our late relative's life and stayed for her service of thanksgiving after the cremation.
