I would like to say I was so impressed with WS Harrison. They conducted my sons funeral with so much care and feeling. It was much appreciated at this sad time. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries I had were dealt with compassion and dignity. The gentleman who dealt with us was called Joe,he was the nicest most caring person. Amazing funeral directors, very precise, looked after my uncle and all the family amazingly, when I asked if he could have some of his belongings with him in the coffin they agreed to everything. When it was time to see my uncle in the coffin he looked like he was asleep and very very peaceful. The follow up phone calls were very professional and I thought it was amazing to have phone calls to see how we were all doing, with us grieving and all of WS Harrison’s have compassion and are all amazing at their jobs. Mark and the team made what could have been a difficult and traumatic process as easy as possible. They handled my dad's funeral with tact and kindness, and Mark dealt with some specific issues with great sensitivity. They (including another colleague at the West Road branch - sorry, I can't remember her name) went above and beyond to help us (opening up the office especially for me to collect the orders of service, for example). I thoroughly recommend John Bardgett and Sons - thank you for everything you did for us.
