Funeral arrangements went smoothly from start to finish and Jenny was a great help in providing us with all the knowledge and information needed given the sudden death of mum. She was very kind, compassionate, accommodating and respectful throughout the whole process. The day of the funeral went well as Emma lead the team and guided us through the whole session and we were well looked after and again very accommodating.
