We would highly recommend Franklin and Hawkins, they were amazing when organising my mum's funeral on February 11th 2026. Kirsty and Gail were very reassuring and helpful when we went to organise the funeral as we had not had to arrange a funeral before. Kirsty took all the pressure off us. Andy was very professional both before and on the day. The lady and gent who came to the house when mum passed away were lovely, the weather was awful and it was very late at night, nothing was to much trouble, they sat and talked to us and reassured us. Everyone said the funeral was very well conducted.

As if dad had picked this family out personally to handle his final journey. Absolutely amazing from the moment dad was taken into their care. Arranging dad's final farewell was a very hard day but Kirsty was exceptional, thoughtful and caring, picking out the perfect lady Jane to take dad's service. Meeting Jane was fantastic she never rushed us ,she sat with the family and listened to stories so she could get a real close and meaningful insight to our dad. The service was spot on, emotional,funny and just as dad would of wanted it to be.
