Amazing Service
I chose Henry Ison & Sons because they were a longstanding funeral directors and I felt I would receive a more personal service than the bigger more corporate undertakers, and I was not wrong.
Kim at Allesley Old Road branch was just amazing. I lost my husband under tragic circumstances and also had a very tricky family situation, Kim was professional and very compassionate and helped me step by step and made the whole process a lot more bearable.

The service we received as a family was excellent I couldn’t have wished for more, Kim took me through every detail and made suggestions I hadn’t even thought of and all the time being respectful, sympathetic and supportive.
