In addition to their efficiency and professionalism, the kindness, empathy and love shown to me by Joyce and Janet during the process of organising my wife's funeral was exceptional and very much appreciated. Certainly, their care helped me manage my personal grief from the sad loss of my wife.

Chose the Heart of England for my father’s funeral and they were brilliant from start to finish. They handled everything with care and professionalism and gave dad the best send off we could have asked for. Thank you to all involved.

This was my first time arranging a funeral and it was for someone very close to me, so even more important for me to get it right. I could not have imagined or asked for better support partners than Janet, Joyce and Georgette at Kenpas Highway Heart of England Coop. They guided me through the process with sincere empathy, gave me space to make decisions and provided nuggets of advice from their experience - for example where to buy flowers, where to host the funeral reception , all of which helped me feel that I was getting it right for my loved one. Overall could not praise them highly enoug
