My sisters and I want to express our deepest thanks to Anna-Marie, Jenny, Jack and the entire team at the Foleshill branch for the incredible care and support they showed us during one of the hardest times of our lives. I cannot recommend the co-op enough for everything they did for us, I had no clue where to start or even how to arrange a funeral but Anna-Marie made us feel so eased, comfortable and we was safe with her she was going to talk us through each step no worries needed. The reception staff were so helpful and kind also, Tracy was brilliant at helping us also with things like photograph's, what my Mum would be wearing and always asked if we needed anything or have any questions. Sharon who held the ceremony was also fantastic what a lovely lady, she came to my house and we talked about Mum, what so
