I can’t praise Jenny and Elizabeth at Henry Ison enough. Jenny had organised my Mum’s funeral 2 years ago. Her empathy and attention to detail was outstanding, When I sadly had to bury an elderly close family friend this February, I didn’t think twice about using Henry Ison. Again, the service that Jenny provided was faultless. The service and organising the cremation was not straightforward. One member of the family was living overseas and Jenny liaised with him on a regular basis and navigated her way through difficult and complex family relationships. The actual ceremony was lovely

After my wife Joan died very suddenly I decided to use Isons in Kenilworth. At the time I knew nothing of them other than the premises looked clean, tidy and very professional when we had walked past. The staff responded very quickly and took my wife to their premises. I was soon in contact with the Kenilworth branch to discuss arrangements.

Our father’s funeral was managed with care by Henry Ison and ran without any hitches or problems. Family and friends commented afterwards that it was a ‘lovely send-off’.
Elizabeth was extremely patient with us as we developed the Order of Service. We wanted a celebration of dad’s life, so took out words such as ‘eulogy’ and ‘order of service’ so it all felt very bespoke.
