We used John Taylor this year after our gorgeous Dad passed away . We mostly dealt with Nicola who was absolutely amazing. She was kind , caring and considerate. She was extremely professional whilst also being extremely sympathetic and knowledgeable. My dear Nan passed away from covid in January 2021. We were scheduled to see her at job Taylor's funeral home an we completely understood that due to covid it was to be a closed coffin ..but when we arrived there we was met by the staff, the staff were in there normal clothes somewhat creased an in ironed.the one lady was very unsympathetic an quite abrupt.

My Dad passed away at the end of November and we had a meeting with Robert at the Kenilworth branch to discuss Dad’s funeral plan. Robert appeared to be a lovely man but also forgetful and disorganised, not qualities you expect in a funeral director. During the meeting we agreed on a date and time for the funeral, I rang the venue for the wake to confirm they were available and finalised the details with Robert.
