Sam at Hacketts was our contact and she was simply amazing. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, she was also really friendly and human. She helped us organise everything from flowers, to the coffin, orders of service, cars, music and photo tribute and an appropriate celebrant. She even came on the day too, with Thomas Hackett as our undertaker whi was also amazingly respectful and dignified.
