From heroes to zeros. Couldn't even be bothered to return text and missed calls (no voicemail activated). Waited several days before submitting this review to give a chance to answer my queries. This company is geared up to make money and not in the spirit of Islam. Muslims are changing we are 2nd and 3rd generation Muslims from the UK and have different requests for funerals and these need to be accommodating. Frankly speaking after dealing with these jokers I'll consider cremation. Take note Mr Farid!
