We would like to say a very special thank you to Kellie at Whitehouse Common for her friendly yet very professional way she supported us through the various requirements of a funeral. The attention to detail and advice Kellie gave us helped us make the various choices in what we felt Linda would have wanted on the day. We used COOP Funeral Care at Whitehouse Common Road for a funeral for my brother. We were looked after by Kellie, who made sure we had a service we wanted, and she took the time to explain everything in a professional and sensitive manner. The meeting at the office was relaxed and comfortable, and Kellie gave me all the time I needed and explained all the forms that had to be completed. The funeral went smoothly, was well organised and on time. The flowers were beautiful, and she had arranged a branded charity box too. Very happy with the service provided.

We recently had the co-op arrange my Nans funeral. Kellie McIntosh was amazing from start to end. She helped plan and organise the funeral and nothing was ever too much for her. She was kind and supportive and when we got to visit my nan in the Chapel she offered such wisdom and said things that helped us with our grief. Words that we will keep with us and made me realise no matter where we go in life our departed loved ones are always a part of us.
