Unprofessional and deeply uncaring. My family used Thomas Bragg for my mother’s cremation. I called from the USA to discuss collection of her ashes and was told they were busy but would call back. I explained I was calling from abroad (they said that was fine), left my number, and then never received a return call. I phoned again and was told I could collect my mother’s ashes from the Knowle branch on December 22nd (or possibly the 23rd). Because I was travelling all the way from California, I called a third time to reconfirm December 22nd at the Knowle branch. Each time, I was assured this
