Having already pre-paid for a funeral plan, there was no problem when we wished to upgrade this for a couple of additions.
Having liased with Sam at Bilston brance for the order of service and the changes, i can only say that nothing was too much trouble for her and she made sure it was right and what we wanted. Thanks Sam for all you did to make mom's fumeral the best. Highly recommended.

Sam was knowledgeable and could answer any queries to help us make decisions, and also helped us to personalise the service to meet our needs and my mother's wishes. Sam and all the team were so considerate and friendly at every stage following my mom's death. My mom had thoughtfully pre arranged her funeral but Walter's arranged for the beautiful flowers and also for our family overseas to be able to view the service live or in their own time. As my mom was cremated they took the flowers to the dining venue so that people could take a few home in memory. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

We went to A&A Walters for the funeral of our loved one. From the very start we were welcomed and treated with the utmost respect and kindness which helped us process the plans much better and helped to ease our worries. Everyone at the company were very knowledgeable and caring and acted with outstanding professionalism. Our first point of call was Sam at the bilston office and she was amazing with how she went above and beyond with helping us no matter how much time was needed or how many times things needed explaining.
