From start to finish, you shown kindness and respect to not just me or my family but to my father. Thank you for not once but twice allowing me to see my dad at the chapel of rest, as I couldn’t find the words the first time. Thank you so much for taking care of my wonderful father. Jayne, Richard and Keith are wonderful.people, they arranged my nephews funeral and he was treated with the upmost respect which meant a lot to us due to my nephews age and manner of death. We are eternally grateful to them as we feel they treated David like they would have treated one of their own. Thank you so much to all of you, you made David's last journey a beautiful one. Richard, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind and thoughtful attention in providing those services necessary for the funeral and cremation of my late beloved mother. These heartfelt thanks are equally extended to your Father and Mother, Our Lord shines out of all of you. When my Mom passed away it was a comfort to have you and your Dad come to collect her, we were of course all heartbroken, but to have someone that we knew to be so caring and thoughtful helped so much.

Fantastic. Wonderful people . My mum passed away suddenly and it was a great shock for all the family. Jayne and richard were wonderful . It is a family run business and this showed with the service we received. The funeral and the service was beautiful. They did my mum proud. I cannot thank h cope and the staff enough.
