This was our first time experiencing the process of organising a funeral, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Vicky and the Insight team. From the very beginning, Vicky guided us with such care, compassion, and professionalism — making a difficult time feel that little bit more manageable.

Vicky and Anthony have been there for us every step of the way, Vicky in particularly providing A* support through the most difficult time, given that arrangements have been dealt with remotely. We recently arranged my dad's funeral with Insight. Paul and Ryan knew my dad so we obviously chose to use their services. We then met Vicky, a wonderful lady! Having not arranged a funeral before, we didn't have a clue what we were doing but that didn't matter as they were so helpful and knowledgeable! Vicky, Anthony and the team at Insight Funeral Directors are absolutely brilliant. From my first call to them, they were attentive, compassionate , caring, nothing too much trouble. Even before Mom was in their care, phone calls, reassurances, concerns were all dealt with amazingly. I honestly can't thank them enough. Their personal touch was second to none.
