Friendly staff, patient wonderful service always checking if everything is OK. Make everything seem personal as if the funeral they are dealing with is one of their own. Cannot highly recommend enough. Made a difficult day a lot easier. Everything is sorted for you which makes thing easier at such a difficult time. Obviously it goes without saying that a funeral is one of the most stressfull, emotional time you can experience, and when its your beloved father who passes the pain is unbearable, Linda from Kendricks dealt with me in a kind, considerate, caring manner, as this was my first experience of helping to arrange a funeral it was frought with paperwork and confusion, Linda explained and helped every step of the way.
