A brief note to thank all of the staff at Stourport for taking care of my Dad. From the initial phone call into them at silly o clock in the morning to them dropping the family off at the wake the service provided by Gaunts is of first class. Originally we are all from Blackheath and know of Gaunts for their services locally. It was when we discovered the Stourport branch that we knew that there was nowhere else to go. Gaunts of Stourport managed the funeral arrangements for both my mum and my dad within 6 months of each other, and I can only describe the service we received as faultless. Each stage was dealt with in a sympathetic, caring and dignified manner, resulting in a meaningful and quite beautiful farewell to two beloved parents. A special mention should be made of Rachel, who calmly dealt with two emergencies at short notice, and Henry whose presence was unobtrusive but ever attentive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
