Our sister, sadly passed away suddenly at the age of 40, in an area in which we were not familiar with at the time. Due to circumstances our angel was transferred to the Jukes & Dobson funeral home Lichfield and our orginal plan was to bring Nicky back home to carry out her service etc here. However, when we were first greeted by the Lichfield team, we were blown away, by their professionalism, kindness, caring & supportive staff and we knew it was right to keep her there with their family. Ryan dealt on the night with everything so tenderly and showed so much empathy towards us all.
