From our first meeting to discuss the funeral arrangements, we were put at ease by Joe, who steered us through what was needed.
He recommended Mitchell (the celebrant) to us and he came to our house to discuss the eulogy and photos and music for the Order of Service.
Also recommended was Dan who produced the Order of Service.
On funeral day, Steve arrived and took us to the Crematorium and explained what happened next.
