I can not recommend these guys enough! I lost my Dad suddenly and unexpectedly and I didn’t know my left from my right at that point, from the first initial phone call the respect and compassion was there in abundance, the reason I chose Royal Town was because of the clear no hidden cost packages which were a god send to someone who’s brain was complete mush and has never had to arrange a funeral, Adrian and Tony were amazing from start to finish and communication was excellent they kept me informed every step of the way. Brilliant people and so compassionate and caring, from the 1st minute my brother and I went to see them they informed and educated us along the way and we came out of the office thinking wow how informative that was and because we were pre empting moms situation being 100 yrs old, we were much clearer about the whole process.
When the time came they organised and assisted along the way and in minutes were able to get us a few slots to choose from for the service.
