I cannot thank John Short and Son's enough for the care and compassion given to us on the the death of my mom. The girls who arranged everything I thank you all from the bottom of my heart ( Sue, Michelle , and Mrs Short ). To the Bearers who were impeccable and so majestic I thank you all too. The funeral was arranged complete with flowers, doves, music, order of service we only booked the wake. You gave me time to grieve but also took my calls if I needed help. I could not fault the excellent service we had from all the staff at John Short and Son Funeral Directors, when my daughter passed away at the beginning of January.
Mrs Short guided us through all the arrangements from booking the cremation at Streetly Crematorium, to arranging for our local Vicar to attend and discussing the photos and hymns (with recorded choral support) for the Order of Service, plus arranging for the correct number to be delivered to the Crematorium on the day. I was also able to visit my daughter in their Chapel of Rest prior to the Funeral.
