They do not deserve any stars ! Totally shocking , unprofessional, uncaring I could go on . Please do not use Ashcroft , in the past I have praised them , but the place has drastically gone down hill. I’m not prepared to go into details but no family should have to go through what we’ve experienced this week , I’m leaving this review to try and prevent other family’s going through the trauma that we have .

really not happy with the service provided! I havehad time to grieve for the loss of a loved one, so I can now elaborate a little. I went to arrange the funeral and gave very clear intructions that the deseased should be in her own clothes and also the music the I wanted played at the funeral and expressly said if there were any problems then phone me. I went to pay me last respects and the funeral parlor (store) and was directed to a room were I found my mother with make up and hair done which was not like her usual apperance and and more over she was in a shroud something that I expressly s
