Gibbs Scott arms Great Barr for arranging our late mother’s funeral, they were absolutely brilliant very professional and made a very difficult time for the family a whole lot easier, Maria who looked after us was an absolute godsend a real credit to the company she treated us with care and compassion she went through every detail and explained everything we wanted to know and made sure we were happy, we cannot thank her enough!

Alot of mistakes. Miscommunicatiom between staff. Random days taken off from staff 'the day of the funeral' so no-one looking after my family memebers day.
Never let us have the full amount of time allowed.
Name was incorrect, location was wrong. Constantly correcting errors through email.
Input was taken from a family member who was not contributing and did not hold power of attorney.
Not professional - I'm writing this so no other people don't go through such a traumatic experience when already grieving.
