I contacted several funeral directors early may following my mom's passing late April. This was the only company that made that phone call feel like I was getting a quote for some building materials. After explaining circumstances I was passed to another colleague to repeat myself. No condolences off either. Name? Date of death? Place of death ? Do you have the slip ? Not going to be able to get quotes to you at this time of day (I didn't ask for it same day). Basically I called you around 530ish and I think you were ready to check out. But yeah it didn't feel great and I ended up going with F

Sadly it’s took me a while to be able to write this review.
Sadly my mom past with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. We put my mom in the trusted hands of NE Downing.
On first visit we were seen by Natalie (whom I am told after my experience with her was fired). Natalie was not the best to speak to looked scruffy and didn’t really seem clued up in compassion or what to say. However when you’re trying to talk about the passing of a loved one you do feel that the person helping you knows their job.
Firstly Natalie got the flowers wrong.
The final straw was when I went to see my mom in the chapel of rest
