The two members who stood out for me were definitely Michelle, who was amazing and I will always be grateful for her help, her understanding of the pain we were going through was first class and could not have organised the funeral without her help and Katie who on the day was brilliant and first class,which on the day of a loved ones funeral you really need some one like that . Helen Karen Laura and Katie. Were incredible it was really comforting to have them look after us and look after dad. There was never any nerves or hassle or problems. I did not think I would feel so relaxed and calm and at ease considering the time we were going through. Dealing with one person was like dealing with the other we were well looked after and they were so helpful with everything. Can’t fault them we never felt like a burden nothing was a problem and they have loads of advice.
