★★★☆☆ I recently used amblers to sort the funeral of my dad who passed 23rd March the whole procedure was lovely we spoke to Lynne who arranged the date of funeral we were sorting a good 2 hours the flowers which was outstanding as Lynne was leaving to work at another branch Caroline took over again very helpful and polite however I do feel things could of been ran over what was discussed with Lynne the pastor Joan wow what a lovely person to do dads service she was amazing the only reason I’m giving 3 star which otherwise would of deserved higher is the fact dads ashes was placed in a Birmingham c
