Funeral directors? You’re a disgrace
Your staff and the celebrant totally left my nephew and great nephew out of their father’s and grandfather’s funeral today you were absolutely unprofessional and your staff were more focused on pandering to people who had not seen or bothered with the deceased I hope you feel good about this. Your staffs attitude to my nephew and his family was disgraceful.
You were told the deceased had an elder son and you chose to ignore this.
Would I ever use these directors ? Never
