He went above and beyond to create the perfect farewell for our family. He thought about every little touch and detail that didn’t go unnoticed. My mum had heard great things about O’Malleys so had decided she wanted to use them for our Dad and they were exceptional.
From that very first phone call to put things in place when we knew Dad didn’t have long, to the contact we had after the funeral, we could not have asked for more. The whole team were kind, considerate, showed empathy, and had all the time in the world for our questions throughout this time.
On the day of the funeral they talked us through each stage as it was about to happen, so we knew exactly what we needed to do and where we needed to be, it meant so, so much to us

I can't express the amazing care and love and support we received. On my dad unexpected passing in a temporary nursing home in stoke on trent. Noting was arranged we was so lucky to 0 malley opposite our house in bridgtown they fetched dear dad and we felt we brought him home. It was so special to have across the road from us the care that Jack and Grace and Ian. And Luke gave me and mom was so beautiful we wouldn't of got through dad funeral without there love everything was personal and heartfelt and the support and love i had when.i was strugg
