A first class service , from the initial phone call to our meeting a few weeks after the funeral. Sally, our advisor was warm, understanding and caring. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The director on the day, Steven was super professional and compassionate. Our celebrant Alex, motivated us to get up and deliver our eulogies. The flowers were incredibly fresh and beautiful. Staff at the chapel of rest in Brownhills performed a wonderful job of looking after our loved one.
