My family and I cannot thank Beccy and the team enough for the care, support and attention to detail shown for both my Dad & Moms funerals which were 5 months apart. Beccy couldn’t do enough for us and went over and above every time. Even making us smile and laugh at a time we never thought we could. We can't thank all staff enough for the care and attention they gave my dad who rested at Walsall before his cremation. He was treated with dignity and respect which is how we were treated too. Nothing was too much trouble and although our chosen funeral director is based at a different branch, communication and organisation was second to none. The kindness and understanding we were shown by everyone will never be forgotten.
