I've been fortunate enough to not have to arrange a funeral before. So like a lot of people I found it quite overwhelming not knowing where to start, not knowing what to do, but only knowing I wanted it to be something my Mom would have loved.
Sian was very clear with the first meeting what the day could look like, how a day "normally" goes, but after taking the time to ask questions about, who Mom was, Sian was also able to suggest some ways we could sprinkle a little bit here and there to make it truly personal.
