I would like to express my sincere thanks to Stephanie, Joanne and the rest of the team for the care and compassion shown while arranging my mother-in-law, Elsie Mills, funeral last week.
Having also supported us during my father-in-law’s funeral, it meant so much that Stephanie already knew our family and my mother-in-law, which made everything feel far more personal.
From helping us with the arrangements and obituary to stepping in and leading the service at the crematorium, everything was handled with warmth, dignity and professionalism. The service was delivered beautifully.
