Of course this is never a pleasant time. but Natalie made it so much easier to deal with! kept us informed every step of the way. there was no request that they couldn’t do! and the day was beautiful, everything we wanted and discussed. the atmosphere of this funeral directors is very peaceful, and i really liked that. we was never rushed. everything was at our own pace.
