★☆☆☆☆ Can't complain to much about the funeral, but my mom was buried with my dad, so the stone was taken away to be inscribed with my mom's verse. That was 11 months ago and we still haven't had the stone back although it was paid for 8 months ago. We have phoned on numerous occasions and at one stage we're told that they had lost the stone all this was dealt through Thomas Ely. Very dissatisfied nowhere to put flowers or relatives to find location would not recommend
★☆☆☆☆ Have tried 10 times today to get someone on the phone for a relative - no answer, no facility to leave a message. Might be worth investing in a answer machine.
