What this man did recently arranging my late husband’s funeral was nothing short of incredible.
He is extremely approachable, as soon as I met him I felt like I’d known him years. He is like having a good friend around you helping out, and yet he’s not, because that professional hat that he wears never slips, not once.
Behind the scenes he works tirelessly to ensure he does every single thing you’ve asked for, to a tee! The tiniest detail does not go unnoticed, and Dave, I can’t thank you enough for that as I rode this excruciating

From start to finish, Laura helped us with everything, she was caring, empathetic and above all professional. Dad had to be repatriated and Laura organised everything very efficiently and in a short space of time. Whilst in her care dad was treated with care and dignity.
