It's a nice quiet place. Staff are very knowledgeable and polite. The funeral home is well equipped with everything you'd want to send your loved ones on their way. The rooms are well sized which are beautifully decorated in calm pleasing colours. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone.

Waited six months for them to produce a memorial stone only to find the name was incorrectly engraved. What a way to treat a grieving family. Edited to add, the staff are truly helpful and lovely in the Codsall branch. However, their system of checking and ensuring the orders are correct within the company structure, is dreadful. Not being able to spell two surnames, on the same stone correctly is unforgivable
