Can't speak highly enough about Jennings. They were absolutely wonderful in helping plan my lovely Mum's funeral. Helen was so helpful and compassionate when we met her, and on the day of the funeral itself, the funeral director Gavin and the drivers were super efficient, and also very calm and kind. Their communication from making the first appointment to the funeral itself was excellent, and we will always be grateful to them for their services during one of the saddest times of our lives. They definitely helped us give Mum the goodbye she deserved and we won't forget it.

Referring to the Penn branch of Jennings, Becky and Helen were kind, compassionate, supportive and attentive to my needs. They went through every in detail, making sure to takes notes about arrangements and the personal details about the little touches which make the difference. They kept in touch via email and phone, keeping me informed. They liaised with the coroner for me when the GP surgery failed to send their referral for 7 days.
