We recently used this Hawthorne branch to arrange mom's funeral. From day 1 Claire went above and beyond for us, she's caring, compassionate, professional and amazing at her job. We as a family felt as ease knowing mom was so well looked after whilst in the co ops care. Every part of the arranging process was made so much easier with Claire by our side guiding us through step by step. We didn't think we would be using moms pre pay plan within a year of buying it, but it was so nice to see the same staff at the branch to help us put the finishing touches to moms funeral. Clare was so down to earth and kind as were all of the team who I spoke to. Communication was excellent and I trusted them from day one. Everything went like clockwork on the day- even down to the weather and we will happily continue to use the COOP in the future.
