From the outset Ryan was polite and personable. At a very difficult time, I felt that my mother's body was in good hands when he and his colleague came to my mother's flat following her passing, making that horrible start to the mourning process such more comfortable than it could have been.
All the other responsibilities Ryan removed from my shoulders and we shared the creation of the Order of Service together ensuring that I was happy.
The service at the crematorium when without a hitch and I have already enquired about using Hopcraft's for my own.
