I couldn’t ask for more from a funeral directors. After losing my baby at 19 and never having to ever know how to plan a funeral/cremation, Bastocks where their every step of the way and always on the other end of an email/phone. on the day the man who came helped us with everything and laid our girls so beautifully outside the crematorium. Of course this is never a pleasant time. but Natalie made it so much easier to deal with! kept us informed every step of the way. there was no request that they couldn’t do! and the day was beautiful, everything we wanted and discussed. the atmosphere of this funeral directors is very peaceful, and i really liked that. we was never rushed. everything was at our own pace.
